  • Formal review is public. Reviewers use a verified pseudonym. The office holds the real name. This is not double-blind review.
  • Approved articles use CC BY-NC 4.0. Released preprints are not under a CC licence, so exclusive submission is not hollowed out. Copyright stays with the authors.
  • Technical processing fee: 50 USD before Release. Article processing charge: 800 USD only if the author requests Approved. Optional office translation: 0.20 USD per English word. See fees.
