Chinese or English is accepted. After a technical check, the English master file is Released as a preprint (technical processing fee 50 USD). Formal review is public and signed with a verified pseudonym — not double-blind. After at least three formal reviews you may request Approved (article processing charge 800 USD; DOI registered by Medfors Sweden) or stay Released.

Approved licence: CC BY-NC 4.0. Copyright stays with the authors. Released papers are not under a Creative Commons licence.
